Breastfeeding helped me a lot personally, I gained 30 pounds even with my second and lost it all in 3 weeks (truly a miracle I think…lol).

But after having my kids, our car broke down and I was stuck in a tiny apartment with them all day and ended up getting pretty depressed and gained all my weight back because I tend to deal with depression with eating. Sooooooo

This past year I have tried every diet and they just don’t work for most people. What I have been doing sucessfully these past couple months is just what they tell you to do–excercise and watch what you eat. I have been just cutting back on portions and eating clean (no processed foods, etc) and getting some cardio 5-6 days a week for 30-45 mins (I have the Gazelle at home and it is great, very very low impact). Since doing that I have been loosing 1-2 pounds a week and it has been EASY. I also get some strenght training in for 20 mins 3 days a week.
