I agree.
My schedule ended up alternating tough rotations with easier ones (ie:Med–>Family–>OB–>Peds–> Surg–>Psych).
Interestingly, I didn’t honor anything in the first half of the year. When I hit Surgery in March, I think I finally “got it” and have honored everything since (including all away electives).
Definently being enthusiastic and acting as interetested as possible (without being annoying) is key. But you have to study/do questions to get the shelf scores too.
