Building a practice

2 clients I am doing billing of have just open thier practice. ALthough I am not really into marketing a practice. I wanted to know what are some of the ways you build your practice up with/without manage care?

One of the clients is pyschotherapist the other is an internist.

Also, if any of you are into mental health what insurance entity if any refers you the most business. We are trying to choose some networks.
