I’m 17 and I’m a single mother. I want to become a doctor,I want to secialize in ob/gyn. I want to know if I can achive my goal and spend time with my daughter,and make the same pay. I also want to know if their is any one who live in California and know if their is a medical school in southern California

This site will really help your journey to become a Doctor. I live in Calif and there are many Medical Schools. 😉 I am in Southern Calif and have I believe around 6. There could be more but I do not know of them.

I am only taking my pre-reqs right now and hopefully enter Medical School in 4-5 years. :p Sounds like a long time away, but will be here before you know it.

I think that is great you are considering this path. I have 3 children 7,5,1 and 32 years old. :yikes:
