old fav in my familiy – Turkey Tetrazinni (Casserole)
Ok — I always wing it a little so you’ll have to experiment with the amounts :p
Boil spagetti (enough for a casserole), drain. Put into a large bowl. Add 1 family size can of cream of mushroom soup (add more if necessary). Add pieces — 3-5 cups of leftover turkey (dark meat is good in this one 🙂 ), salt, freshly ground pepper, add one package of frozen peas.
Mix well. Transfer to a casserole dish. Sprinkle top with grated cheddar cheese. Put in oven at 350 for … mmm until it looks done :blush: Probably around 45 min.
