I’m 32 and recently decided to pursue medical school. I hold graduate degrees but have not looked at a BIO or CHEM book in over 10 years. Would a MCAT review course suffice or would you recommend that I review the materials prior to taking the prep course?

I had a 10 year break between my science classes and the MCAT. I found Kaplan to be a helpful review. I don’t think I would have been very consistent about preparing on my own, but I was motivated to go to the reviews and do the practice tests.
