I suspect a senior colleague is having an extramarital affair with someone at the office. It makes me very uncomfortable, especially since I know the spouse. Has anyone been in this situation before? Any advice? I wouldn’t dream of saying anything, but it seems so wrong.

Had a PA sleeping with an unavailable lab tech AND thought I was going to let him see her as a pt and write scripts etc. (NOT!!!)
But your situation sounds worse!

A lot of that happened during my training.

I would suggest that you keep your head down. The fact that you know may cause problems… for example, when you try to call him and the girlfriend answers. Also when his marriage breaks up, he may not be able to work at regular effectiveness.
