Seek to share academic Ob/Gyn practice

I am a full time faculty at the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, University of Utah. I need to work part time (or quit). I am seeking a well-qualified Ob/Gyn to job-share, to share overhead expenses. Our Department does not have a policy as to how this would work, so we would make our own proposal. Duties would be manning your own private clinics, some staffing of resident clinics, some teaching of med students and residents in clinic, doing surgeries & deliveries with residents or students, and less than once a month taking in-house call, involving staffing Labor & Delivery and attending to gyn emergencies.
