Main Street Medical, LLC is seeking a board-certified/eligible Family Physician (MD/DO) with a vibrant personality to assist us in establishing a new, Direct Primary Care practice (DPC) in the Phoenix area. This individual will have the opportunity to not only help us grow the practice from the ground up, they will also have the autonomy to practice independently, the time to develop quality, comprehensive, care plans for our patients along with establishing deeper relationships with the patients and community in which we serve.

As a DPC practice, our providers will be able to deliver a higher quality of care to our population without the bureaucratic restrictions of having third-party payers involved. The practice will be located on Main Street in Verrado, a beautiful, community with small-town charm just outside of the Phoenix metro area. Full and part-time opportunities are available. Outpatient only. The practice will have a focus on preventative care and lifestyle medicine including nutritional counseling and integrative therapies.

Qualifications:

• Current Arizona Medical License
• Board Certified or Board-Eligible with the ABFM
• Current DEA Certification
• Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team
• Customer service is our #1 priority, must be exceptional in communication skills and capable of making independent decisions
• Attentive, ability to listen & read customers to ensure high standards are always met
• Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal oriented
• Enthusiastic and eager to both learn, as well as to educate patients
• Flexible and opened to work weekends, making housecalls, and performing tele-health visits
• 1+ year experience in primary care preferred
